- If you are having difficulty running or updating an iOS app, try the following:
- Perform a hard reset on your device. To do this, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of your device for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
- Force close Backgammon NJ. To do this, follow the steps here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
- Delete the app from your device and then download the app from the App Store again. As long as you're using the same Apple ID that you purchased the app with, you will not be charged again if you re-download it. You can tell that the download will be free if the download button is displayed as a "cloud icon" instead of the price of the app. Note: Deleting an app will also delete any information that is saved in the app.
